The bridge replaces multiple adjacent missing teeth without the use of a denture. This can be done whilst avoiding damaging healthy teeth by anchoring the bridge to the Implants which have been placed. An Implant retained bridge is a fixed option and will look natural in the mouth as well as feeling like they are your own teeth.
The treatment process and aftercare are very similar to having a single implant other than the individual stages may take slightly longer as there are more Implants involved.
